Ahti is built to keep your writing yours.

What Ahti collects

Nothing. Ahti gathers, sends, stores, and shares no personal information. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party code that reports on you.

Where your work lives

Your writing is saved as ordinary files on your own device. If you turn on iCloud, your projects sync through your own iCloud account, the same way your other documents do. They never pass through a server of ours, because we do not run one.

No account

There is no login and no user account. You do not hand over a name, an email, or anything else to use the app.

Working offline

The app makes no connections of its own and works completely offline. On Mac, a network setting is switched on only because the system text view needs it to draw the app's own pages. It is never used to send or receive your words.

Children

Ahti collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date below.
